He has appeared before the District Courts and High Court in Delhi and Mumbai. As a Senior Associate, he is involved in significant matters and provides high-quality legal advice and opinions to clients across various sectors.

Ashutosh is a senior associate at Lex Legalizer, handling litigation and IP enforcement. He has been actively engaged in putting an efficient IP protection system in place. He regularly appears for contentious matters before various courts throughout the Indian jurisdiction. He has been active not just in litigation but also IP enforcement.

His skills include legal consulting, writing and drafting legal documents, as well as client coordination. He has expertise in handling commercial matters, as well as creating statements of case, general agreements, and handling commercial cases.

Ayushi Pandey is a qualified legal professional with over three years of experience at Lex Legalizer. Her practice primarily focuses on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), technology and commercial disputes. She advises and represents clients in matters relating to trademark and copyright disputes, including issues arising in the entertainment and media sector. Her experience also extends to commercial and civil litigation, including money recovery, consumer disputes and proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Shivam joined our team in 2023 and is an IP advocate who assists clients across a wide spectrum of contentious intellectual property matters, with a primary focus on trademark and copyright law. He is actively involved in civil enforcement actions before various courts and tribunals and has developed considerable expertise in planning and executing civil raid operations across India. His practice is marked by a strong understanding of IP litigation strategy and effective rights enforcement.

Diwakar Tiwari is an Advocate and Associate at the firm with over 8 years of experience in the legal field. He is actively involved in IP litigation, enforcement actions including raids, and handling litigation compliances before various courts and authorities. He assists in drafting pleadings, coordinating court proceedings, managing filings, and supporting prosecution and enforcement strategies. Ashutosh Bhagat, Head of Prosecution, holds a Graduation in Business Management from IP University and has over 13 years of overall professional experience, including more than 8 years of dedicated involvement in the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) domain. He has worked closely with startups and established businesses across diverse industries, leading and managing trademark prosecution portfolios, strategizing filings, handling objections, oppositions, and ensuring effective protection and enforcement of IP rights.

Jyoti is a Senior Paralegal at the firm and plays an integral role in supporting the prosecution team across a wide range of IP matters. She manages documentation, assists with filings before the Trade Marks Registry, and coordinates procedural requirements throughout the lifecycle of a matter.

Jyoti also conducts preliminary research, and ensures timely compliance with statutory and procedural deadlines. With her strong organisational skills and understanding of IP processes, she provides essential support to the firm's prosecution team.

Kavita oversees the firm's administrative and compliance functions, ensuring smooth coordination across documentation, statutory records, and internal processes. With her efficient management of records and Excel-based tracking, Kavita plays a key role in ensuring the firm's operations remain organised and compliant.
